In home appliance market, the market share of plastic blade exceeds that of metal blade to prove its usability、reliability and safety.
The real challenge for plastic blade on HVLS fans is to ensure its enough integrated strength in such a long dimension.
Before APCS Blade there were some non-metal blades on HVLS fans, most of them used glass fiber or carbon fiber as base cloth in resin process to form the blade。Concerning the complexity of resin process、manufacturing productivity、environment pollution and product cost, APCS is more competitive.
The innovative point of APCS Blade is to combine the advantages of metal tube and plastic shell. A metal tube as the structural bond is inserted into hollow cavity of the plastic shell, the metal tube bear the load and strength of whole blade while the plastic shell is responsible for aerodynamic performance.
