The original and initial design!
Highlights of the product are Two Segment structure and Ladder Shaped Flank Grille.
A horizontal beam divides the portable fan into absolute up and down structures, motor and control panel are mounted on the beam of the lower half, it sustains overall static and dynamic load, while the upper half structure is just a grille for protective function and its flank contour is designed as ladder shape which allows stacke pack in parts.
The purpose of this design is to save transortaion space, especially container space in export transit .
The fan leaves the factory in three parts, the lower part, the upper part and blades, packed indenpendently.
During the transportation in HQ container, two lower half can be stacked up and down, the upper grilles can also be stacked, the quantity be packed with this measure can be doubled and then save up to 50% of the freight.
Import in parts can simplified application procedures in some market.
